Notetaker apps charge per seat, every month, and send your meetings to their cloud. This kit transcribes locally with faster-whisper: a consent gate, a timestamped transcript, a minutes draft with decisions and action items, and follow-up emails in four languages. One payment of ฿1,490 — then the tool is yours, offline, forever.
Get the kit — ฿1,490The notetaker market grew up per-seat and cloud-first. Three reasons that hurts you — and what this kit does instead.
One person for one year costs roughly ฿3,500–10,000 — for software that reads every meeting you hold. A solo consultant, tutor or recruiter pays forever and owns nothing at the end.
Transcription runs offline on faster-whisper. With --auto-delete the recording is erased right after the transcript is written, and a consent log records what was processed and when.
Generic notetakers summarise in whatever language the model feels like. This kit's minutes prompts and follow-up emails come in four languages, so the output matches the meeting — and its audience.
One zip: a Python pipeline, six ready prompts, three template packs, an SOP and a 14-day playbook. Nothing phones home.
Turns a recording into a timestamped transcript plus a minutes skeleton (summary / decisions / action items). Refuses to run until everyone in the recording agreed, and logs that consent with a timestamp.
Six copy-paste prompts turn raw text into summary, decisions, action items with owners and due dates, and follow-up emails — in English, Thai, Japanese and German. Works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or offline via Ollama.
The minutes format the kit is built around, follow-up email templates in four languages, and consent wording for calendar invites, spoken asks and chat — including when not to record at all.
Consent → record → transcribe → minutes → follow-up within 24 hours → file to calendar. The calendar-notes habit keeps every agenda and outcome where the time already lives.
Sell minutes and recaps as a service to tutors, recruiters or clients: offer scripts, pricing anchors and a day-14 go/no-go checkpoint. One client usually covers the price.
Single-business commercial license: run it on all your machines and keep every output you produce. Free v1.x updates included; nothing expires, nothing to renew.
What you need. Python 3.9+, ffmpeg, and RAM by model size: the default "small" model needs about 2 GB, "medium" about 5 GB, "large-v3" about 10 GB. On a typical laptop (M2-class CPU) a 1-hour meeting takes roughly 20 minutes with "small" and about an hour with "medium"; "large-v3" is realistic with a GPU. Full tables in SETUP.md.
What this is not. Not a meeting bot — it never joins your calls. It processes recordings you already have (Zoom/Meet/Teams exports, phone memos, any audio or video file). And transcription is good-not-perfect: noisy rooms, crosstalk and rare names need your review pass — the minutes draft exists exactly for that.
Consent is a hard gate. The tool refuses to transcribe until you confirm that everyone in the recording agreed. Recording rules differ by country and state — several require all-party consent — so the kit includes consent scripts for invites, spoken asks and chat.
From recording to sent follow-up in four steps.
Paste the consent line into the calendar invite, say it in the first ten seconds, or get an "ok" by chat. The tool logs who agreed and when — and refuses to run without it.
One command: transcript + minutes draft land in your notes folder, a consent-log entry is written, and the audio is deleted on request. Nothing is uploaded.
Paste the transcript with prompt P1 into any LLM (or a local Ollama model) and review where machines are weakest: names, owners, due dates.
Send the follow-up email within 24 hours, then paste summary + action items into the calendar event — next meeting starts from the last one's action list.
No seat count, no monthly plan, no meeting counter.

No. The kit deliberately has no bot: it processes recordings you already have — a Zoom/Meet/Teams recording file, a phone voice memo, any audio or video file. You stay in control of what gets recorded and who agrees.
Any computer with Python 3.9+, ffmpeg and 2 GB of free RAM runs the default "small" model; count about 5 GB for "medium" and about 10 GB for "large-v3" (or use a GPU). Exact numbers and a speed table are in SETUP.md — the first file to open in the zip.
Transcription runs on Whisper models, which cover dozens of languages (English, Thai, Japanese, German, Spanish, French and more); quality is best on clear audio and drops on the tiny/base models. The minutes prompts and email templates ship in English, Thai, Japanese and German.
Transcription happens on your machine; the only network use is the one-time model download. The kit uploads nothing. Add --auto-delete and recordings are erased after each job, and the consent log gives you a dated trail of what was processed.
For generic English meetings inside one platform, they are fine — use them. This kit is for the rest: meetings that must not leave your machine, non-English minutes that need proper wording, cross-platform recordings, and buyers who refuse another per-seat subscription.
14-day money-back: if the kit doesn't fit how you work, email zicula06@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. Keep or delete the zip — one refund per purchase.
Every v1.x update is free. Re-download any time from your download page with your email and password. If a v2.0 ever ships, existing buyers get a clear upgrade path — never a surprise paywall.
